Linda Q. Baptiste

Program Director

Linda has more than 30 years of professional business and non-profit experience. She acquired her Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern University in New Orleans, LA. She has served in leadership roles such as Senior HR Manager, Certified Career and Life Coach, Senior Learning Advisor, and Women’s Ministry Director.

She has managed teams of up to 85 employees and facilitated hundreds of training sessions. Her passion and life goal is to empower, encourage, and execute principles that inspire women to live their Godly purpose.

Linda also volunteers in ministry as Trainer, Consultant, Speaker, Facilitator and Sunday School Teacher.

Nikita Ragland

Compliance Officer

Nikita is the Compliance Officer at Every Woman Works, Inc. She ensures that our organization meets policy and procedure of the IRS non-profit status. Additionally, Nikita ensures that all curriculum meets the standards of our delivery outcomes and Returns on Invesrment (ROI).

Nikita Ragland has the knowledge, skills and experience to respond to emerging trends shaping the future of global business. She understands how developments in the external environment impact organizations as they are called upon to make human capital decisions that drive the organization’s top and bottom lines, and in the process, “Helping move women from dependency to self-sufficiency”.

Gloria Marshall

Operations Manager

Gloria Marshall is presently employed at Every Woman Works, Inc. (EWW) as Operations Manager. Prior to EWW Gloria worked in the Insurance Industry for 20 years. Her last position held was Senior Underwriter at AIG. She is also an alumi of AIG Professional Associate Program.

Gloria attends Zion Missionary Baptist Church where she held a leadership position as President of “12 Keys Mission Ministry” for 2 years. Gloria presently serves in the Frank Lewis Unity Choir, the Women’s Ministry, Missions Ministry and the Service Ministry at Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

Gloria is a single parent.  Her only son, Kevon is a College Graduate and now serves in the US Army as a Cryptologic Linguist.

Cheryl Giordano

Development Manager

Cheryl grew up in a military family.  Her parents were both born and raised in Georgia. She graduated with honors from Ladycliff College in New York where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She later went on to graduate school at the University of Texas, graduating with a M.Ed. Psych. in 1980. 

She has worked in the non-profit field for over 25 years as an Executive Director and currently as the Development Manager for Every Woman Works, Inc.  She has one son, Christopher Giordano who is 25 years old and living in Tampa, FL. 

She and currently resides in Roswell and has been active in the Roswell community as a member of the Roswell Women’s Club since 2014.

Cindy Johnson

Executive Assistant

Cindy brings with her a vast administrative and customer service background. She has spend the last 30 years volunteering in her church and community- She has lead adult and children’s Sunday School classes, organized a Young Mother’s Support group, completed Stephen Ministry Training and Rainbows for All God’s Children in the Methodist Church. In addition to many local mission projects, Cindy has also participated on several Habitat for Humanity projects in the Atlanta Area. Her passion for Women’s Ministry continues as she leads a Bible Study table at Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell – she also serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for “Grand Central” – a place where regular visitors can get information on membership, and members can get information on finding a place to serve and connect with a community group in the church.

Cindy and her husband, Bruce, enjoy cooking and sharing good food with friends, family and neighbors. Cindy began serving meals to the residents at the Women’s Extension in Marietta in 2010 Between them they have four children that keep them busy with Theater Performances, Chorus Concerts and Soccer games.

Cindy describes her experience at the Every Woman Works Learning Center as both humbling and rewarding, and considers it a privilege to join a staff of some truly amazing women. Her supportive roll and the work she does every day is so we might continue to see lives and families transformed.

Jennifer Johnson

Financial Transaction Bookkeeper

Jennifer has 20 years in the Customer Service Area where she has always excelled in making people feel welcome. She began volunteering at Every Woman Works, Inc. (EWW) in 2006. She has held the position of Job Coach Supervisor and currently is the bookkeeper and ensures that all financials and reporting is in compliance with IRS regulations.
