Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly; but the bumblebee doesn't know that so it goes on flying anyway........

Every Woman Works, Inc. Learning Center is a safe, therapeutic and supportive environment where women who are homeless, recovering from alcohol and drug dependency, in transition from the penal systems, recovering from domestic violence, living in poverty will have an opportunity to develop solid, transferable work skills, to strengthen their sense of self confidence and to obtain financial independence.

Since opening its doors in early 2004 as a non-profit 501c(3) organization, Every Woman Works, Inc. has achieved remarkable success in accomplishing its mission. Over five hundred and seventy (570) women have participated in the program. Ninety percent (90%) were placed in employment positions. Seventy three percent (73%) have retained employment. Two students have received their Georgia Equivalency Diploma (GED), and four graduates (4) have been promoted to management positions with their employers. Over one thousand seven hundred and ten (1710) children have been represented and served by Every Woman Works, Inc. These results speak well for the sponsors, supporters and the volunteer board and staff of Every Woman Works, Inc.
